PLEASE CONTACT US FOR YOUR CURRENT FEE IN YOUR CURRENCY IF OUTSIDE U.K

Phase one is designed to evaluate your Horses/Ponies conformation, temprement,

type & movement.

You will be asked to send us a full VET report confirming your Horse/Pony is free from hereditry

conformation faults, health problems/diseases that can be passed on to offspring,& a letter

from your VET or qualified judge/trainer/instructor stateing that   your Horse is   to the best of their

knowledge of sound temprement.

(Horses or ponies that cannot be honestly classified as having a good temprement, but have just

cause for being a little bad tempered at times -ie an animal that was previously i'll treated,

may pass this section provided surficciant evidence is supplied that the animal was in

fact rescued etc...   )

Your Horses Type & Movement is judged by sending us a VHS Video/DVD/EMAIL,or alternatively by

bringing your horse to us for one to one inspections by appointment.

In your Video we will need to see your horse for grading walking towards the camera (3 times)

away from the camera(3 times),and again in trot.

PHASE TWO is primarily focussed on your Horses/Ponies progeny quality, from the age of 6 months.

Progeny   that have been registered to BAIHOCA   that are bred from BAIHOCA registerd Parents

also have an important part to play in the PHASE TWO grading &   any points/winnings they acheive   will be added to their respective   Sire/dams progenys acheivements CV File for future references.

YOUR PHASE TWO RESULTS WILL BE POSTED TO YOU AFTER WE HAVE SEEN THE OFFSPRING IN PERSON OR BY VIDEO/DVD AS IN PHASE ONE.

PHASE THREE is to encourage owners entering the grading system to gain competition

points and to hopefully achieve ELITE BAIHOCA status, and a min of A grade.

By entering this phase it is not a gaurantee you will gain the ELITE Grade, but you will be informed in advance if we think you will not   be graded higher than B grade at the final evaluation,it is your discision if you wish to proceed   .

STALLIONS THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY LICENCED WITH OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS:

If your stallion has been licenced/graded by outside organizations you may still enter BAIHOCA Grading.

it is advisable to have your Stallion graded by BAIHOCA as our system is uniquly geared to

supporting you as a breeder & helping you to achieve sustainable & proven GRADES & points.

No other association consider the costs involved in advertising, keeping and furthering the advancement of

their members Horses.

It is this reason why we ask for Video footage & VET reports and not charge you for costly hire of

outside facilities.

Our grading Fee's are simply to cover the costs of certificates & time spent evaluating your horse as an individual.

STALLIONS/MARES THAT DO NOT HAVE BREEDING PAPERS.

These horses/ponies that do not have breeding pedigree papers are allowed under BAIHOCA rules to enter grading

This is because 'NOT ALL HORSES WITH PAPERS ARE GOOD FOR BREEDING & NOT ALL NON-PEDIGREE PAPERD HORSES ARE POOR ONES'!!!

POINTS SYSTEMS

Each year every member who has gained points from either BAIHOCA events or outside events will have

the points counted and the highest point earners in each catorgory will win our AWARDS.
